Hammond & Irving Upgrades Press Department with New Forge Furnace

Hammond and Irving is pleased to share the installation of a new forge furnace in our press department, replacing one of our existing units. This addition strengthens our forging capabilities as well as reflects our continued investment in efficiency, reliability and quality.

Our engineering team did an extraordinary job installing our new press furnace in our press department.

This new furnace provides more space, improved temperature uniformity, and an upgraded control system. By replacing an older furnace we are able to improve heating conditions, supporting our forging operations with improved precision.

This upgrade will also provide operational reliability and production efficiency, helping to minimize downtime and maintain dependable lead times.
