We carefully source and process commercial, bearing, and aerospace materials to exacting ASTM, ASME, AMS, and MIL standards, as well as unique customer specifications.
We maintain Quality through our attention to detail, training, equipment and control upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
We employ advanced industrial heating systems using state-of-the-art furnace control and SCADA recording, setting the standard for quality assurance in product heating and heat treating.
Our Quality testing capabilities include chemical, metallurgical, hardness, mechanical, mag particle, UT, and in-house XRF positive material identification (PMI). We supply forgings in compliance with the EU’s Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
